We started by creating awareness around what they were ready to release. The stories. The wounds. The beliefs that kept them small.

Then we journeyed to Bell Rock — one of the most potent vortexes in Sedona — and we went IN. Deep into the energy. Deep into the shadow. Deep into what was ready to die so something new could be born.

And when they emerged?
