Happy Spring — Let’s talk about what you’re planting 🌱

Spring is officially here — and Friday night’s Spring Equinox Celebration reminded me exactly why I do this work.

The energy in that room. The laughter.
The moments where you could literally feel something shifting.
A room full of people who decided to show up for themselves — and the universe met them there.

More of that. Always more of that.
Thank you for those who were part of it. 🌸

NOW — About Those Seeds You're Planting

Spring isn’t just a season. It’s an energetic reset.
The earth is thawing, things that have been dormant are pushing back up toward the light, and whether you’re ready or not — something in you is ready to grow too.

The question is: are you paying attention to what it is?

Grab your journal. Pour something warm.
Sit with these for a few minutes this week:

🌱 What have I been waiting for the “right time” to start — and what would happen if the right time was now?

🌱 What am I finally ready to let go of that I’ve been dragging into every new season?

🌱 If I could only focus on three things this spring — my health, my relationships, my purpose — what does each one need from me right now?

🌱 What does my body need more of? What has it been asking for that I keep putting last?

🌱 Who do I want to be by the time summer arrives — and what is one small thing I can do this week to start becoming that version of myself?

Don’t overthink it. Just write.
And if something comes up that surprises you — I want to know about it. Hit reply and share.
I read every single email and I would genuinely love to hear what’s coming up for you.

Let me tell you something about what actually happens at a retreat.

It's not the location. It's not the itinerary. It's not even the individual sessions — as powerful as those are.

It's the container.

When a small group of people are divinely guided to share the same space at the same time — something happens that cannot be replicated in a one-on-one session, a online course, or even a year of weekly classes. You are seen. Fully. By people who showed up carrying their own version of the same things you've been carrying. There is a witnessing that happens in an intimate group container that cracks something open in you that nothing else can reach.

And then add me into that room.

I say this not to brag — I say it because it's simply true and you deserve to know what you're stepping into. My last Sedona retreat sold out. The transformations that happened in that container were real, lasting, and life-changing. Not because of the agenda. Because of the energy that gets created when the right people come together with the right facilitator holding the space.

I am a coach and a healer. When you are in my energy — truly in it, not through a screen, not for an hour at a time — something accelerates. Things that have been stuck for years start to move. Patterns that survived every other modality you've tried start to dissolve. That is not an accident. That is what I do.

Now take all of that — the intimate container, the witnessed transformation, the accelerated healing — and drop it directly on top of one of the most powerful energetic vortexes on the planet.

Mount Shasta. The Root Chakra of the Earth.

The land itself is an active participant in your healing. The energy there does not let you stay small. It will meet every intention you bring with a force that will take your breath away.

Container. Coach. Vortex. Five days.

There are only a handful of spots. Early bird pricing ends April 15th — after that the investment goes up and I cannot make exceptions.

If something in you just said yes — trust it. Let's talk.

✨ COMING SOON — Intuition Series ✨

I’m putting the finishing touches on something I am genuinely excited about.

The Intuition Series is coming — in-person AND virtual — for everyone who has ever had a gut feeling they talked themselves out of, a knowing they second-guessed, or a gift they haven’t fully trusted yet.

More details coming very soon!
Stay tuned.

With love & a whole lot of spring energy,

I have to be honest with you,Reader. I've been doing this work for years — reading energy, facilitating healing, helping people reconnect with themselves on the deepest level. And the question I get more than any other is some version of this: "How do I know if what I'm feeling is real?" That question is the reason I built this. Introducing The Intuition Series — three classes that will take you from "I think I might be intuitive" to knowing it, trusting it, and living from it in a way you...

Reader! The doors are officially open. The Sacred Roots Retreat at Mount Shasta is now available to the public — and if this is the first time you're hearing about it, consider this your sign that you were meant to see this today. SACRED ROOTS RETREAT | Mount Shasta, California | October 15–20, 2026 Mount Shasta is considered the Root Chakra of the Earth — a sacred vortex of ancient, grounding energy. Hey Reader, I want to ask you something — and I want you to actually sit with it before you scroll past: When was the last time you made a decision from trust instead of fear? Not the small stuff. The REAL stuff. The career pivot. The relationship that needs to end. The dream that's been living in the back of your mind for years collecting dust. Most people make their biggest decisions from "what if this goes wrong" instead of "what if this goes RIGHT." And that's not a coincidence — it's a...
